How do I upgrade/downgrade my products/services?

To upgrade/downgrade your products/services you will need to login to the client area with your username and password.

Once you have signed in to the client area click 'Services' from the navigation bar at the top of the website and click 'My Services' from the drop down list.

Step 1 - Locate the product/service you would like to upgrade/downgrade and click 'View Details'.
Step 2 - Click the 'Management Actions' tab and then click 'Upgrade/Downgrade' from the drop down list. 
Step 3 - Select the package you wish to upgrade/downgrade to and click 'Choose Product'.
Step 4 - Check that you are happy with your selection prior to confirming your order.
Step 5 - Pay for your order by selecting a payment method.
