How do I find out my cPanel login details? Can I reset them?


If you've forgotten your cPanel login details, or simply want to reset or change them, this can easily be done from within your MTH Client area using the following steps.

1. Go to the MTH website and click 'Login' at the top right.
   
   
   
2. Log into the MTH Client area.
   
   
   
3. On the menu bar, click the 'Services' dropdown and select the 'My Services' option.
   
   
   
4. Find the correct hosting account and click the 'View Details' button to the right hand side of the screen.
   
   
   
5. Locate the 4 tabs at the top of the page and click 'Change Password'.
   
   
   
6. Now, you should be able to see your existing login details.
   
   
   
7. If you still want to reset the password, there's also two boxes to enter a new password.
   
   
   
8. Once you've entered a new password, click the 'Save Changes' button, and the new password will be applied instantly.
