How do I order new products/services?


To order new products/services you will need to login to the client area with your username and password.

Once you have signed in to the client area click 'Services' from the navigation bar at the top of the website and click 'Order New Services' from the drop down list.

Step 1 - Select the product/service you require form the 'Categories' drop down list. Once you have found the product/service you require you will need to click 'Order Now' to move on to step 2. 
Step 2 - If your product/service requires a domain name then you will need to add this here by registering a new domain name or transferring an existing domain to us. 
Step 3 - This is where you can configure and customise your product/service.
Step 4 - Check that you are happy with your selection prior to confirming your order.
Step 5 - Pay for your order by selecting a payment method.
