If you've just placed your first order with us, then this needs to be manually accepted by one of our team. This helps us review the client before accepting orders. Following your first order being accepted, subsequent orders are automatically accepted and processed.

Some payment methods take longer than others to be processed; anywhere from instantly to 3-working days. Most payments are processed within the hour; once payment has been received, the order will automatically be accepted and your account will reflect this.
