Our Support Ticket system is our primary means of support. When a support request comes in, it will be placed in the 'Open Ticket' queue and a member of staff will quickly respond to assist you. When you open a ticket you, will receive a confirmation email informing you of the ticket ID and you will also receive email notification as soon as a reply is made to your ticket.
You can view all previous support tickets as well as submit new tickets by logging into your client area
