Router Leasing - Terms and Conditions

This terms and Conditions is set as an agreement on the conditions on which we (, part of Monkey Tree Hosting Ltd, Company No. 08228671) will provide the rental of wifi internet device (router) through (the company).

The contract is between you and Monkey Tree Hosting Limited, U.K registered number 08228671 having its Limited company registered office at 9 Brooklands Court, Kettering Venture Park, Kettering, NN15 6FD and offering this service through its brand MTH Networks (

By placing your leasing through, you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of this agreement. If you do not agree with our terms and condition or terms of service, please do not continue to use the website and do not lease any device from us.

We reserve the right to change, update, modify, amend this rental agreement at any time, without notifying you.

Services Offered

For clarification; these Terms and Conditions govern any Residential Broadband Service of which the Wifi Router is Leased for the duration of the Broadband Contract. All devices are pre-configured and come plug-and-play.

Delivery Policy

All products are shipped out via DHL Next Working Day Delivery. Delivery will be between 1 - 3 working days from Dispatch, however - this is handled by external parties, so is out of the control of MTH Networks.

Use of the Device

You agree that the device would be take care of and reasonable care would be take when handling or using the device. You are not allowed to and should not

  • dispose of the device
  • modify, alter or repair the device
  • use the device or internet service accessed through the device for any illegal purpose(based on the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union)

Returning the Device

You are responsible for the return of the wifi device. When you are ready to terminate your network and return the device, please contact Customer Support, who will be able to book a collection of your device. If your forget to post the device back to us before you depart/leave the U.K, you would be responsible for all charges/cost for posting/sending the wifi device and charger back to us. You would be charged for the extended period/days you had the device with you.

In addition to this, you must retain all packaging, manuals and information cards to be returned at the end of the contract. If these parts are not available; you will be charged for the replacement value of the device.
