Once you have placed and order for any of our SSL's it is a easy task to configure the SSL and install it on your Cpanel account.
The instructions below will guide you on how to do this:

1. In your client area, go to your Services tab and click "My Services"
2. Click on the SSL product that you have ordered

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will see "Awaiting Configuration - Configure Now" click on the "Configure Now" to go to the configuration of the SSL certificate
4. Web Server Type: "Apache-SSL(Ben-SSL, not Stronghold)"
5. Click on the "Generate CSR" button and a pop up box will come up asking for various details, fill these all out. The email address you list here will be the email address that will receive the confirmation email. Click confirm
6. You contact details should automatically be filled out in the "Administrative Contact Information" and the only thing you are required to fill out here is "Job Title" generally we would put this as "IT"
7. Click to Continue on the bottom of the page
8. On the next page you will have options to verify the SSL, you can choose to do this by email, which it will give you options of email addresses that you may or may not have exisiting, you can either create one of the email addresses or you can choose other validation methods.

Email:
When you choose this method a email will be sent to the email address you have chosen and will be from "Comodo Security Services" please read this email carefully and click on the correct link to verify by entering the code they provide in the email also.
Once you have done this you will be able to go back into the SSL product and get the Certificate details.

HTTP: When you chose this verification method you will need to create a directory in your public_html/.wel-known and create a directory called pki-validation. Inside this folder you will need to create a text file and name it what it wants it to be. You will then need to edit the Text file and input all the data required. Click Save and wait a few minutes for it to verify itself.

HTTPS: Is the same as HTTP, please follow all steps above.

DNS: You will need to go into your Zone Editor in Cpanel and add the DNS zone that is required and provided on the manage SSL page.

9. To install the certificate you will need to navigate to your Cpanel account and login
10. Once you have logged in scroll down to "SSL/TLS" and click on this
11. Then click on "Manage SSL Sites"
12. Scroll down and select from the drop down box the SSL you want to install
13. In the CRT section copy and paste your Certificate that you received on the Manage My SSL page.
14. In the Private key section copy and paste the private key provided in the manage my ssl page.
